Elli has been working in the hospitality industry for over twenty years. She has not only physically grown, but also emotionally grown during this time, while learning and understanding the true needs of people. Business and Leadership Development, Communication, Trust, and Working and Developing Successful Teams are on her menu daily! She has traveled to many parts of the world with a passion for people and their cultures. Her true love for Greece was growing inside of her since she was a small child and recently made her move to Athens via Chicago. Being able to listen and truly understand what another needs, brought her to partner up with You Travel i Care and to work with a team dedicated to doing exactly this: taking care of traveler’s needs. Working closely with Kelly on business development, social media, and brain storming, she is keeping time open on her clock for the next client to walk in and feel the love and care that You Travel i Care has to offer. Konstantina is one of the happiest people I have ever met and full of love towards life! Her warm and enthusiastic decision to work with us has brought a breath of fresh air, new ideas, and great joy to our creative space and team.
In college, she studied mechanical engineering and also has extensive experience as a Project Manager. She has worked in customer service and as a Personal Assistant to a University Professor who possessed a heavy travel schedule and workload. She definitely understands deadlines and works well under pressure!
